1) Remember that however bad the shit is, you could have cancer as well.
2) Think about all the people in the world who have died in the last ten minutes. Remember, one day that will be you.
3) Everything in life is temporary, all things change whether they feel like they will or not,one day you will be looking back at this.
4) Imagine the very worst thing that could happen in this situation and resolve yourself to it.
5) Remember that worrying and being anxious changes exactly nothing.
6) Remember that if things were different something there would be something else wrong, maybe the current problem is less bad.
7) If all else fails, you could commit suicide, there is always that way out.
